To approach the wildlife and explore the stunning Arctic environment, we utilize specialized dinghies that are considerably larger, more comfortable, and better equipped than the standard Zodiacs typically used in similar expeditions. These dinghies are specifically designed with the unique challenges of the Arctic climate in mind, ensuring both safety and comfort even in the most extreme conditions. Built to adhere strictly to Norwegian maritime regulations, each vessel is certified to carry a maximum of 12 passengers along with a crew, allowing for an intimate and exclusive experience without compromising on safety or performance.

Gyda was built in 2017, this modern 27-foot boat is another powerful member of our fleet, boasting a 300-horsepower engine that is both efficient and reliable. Like HAREK, GYDA is equipped with a life raft capable of safely carrying up to 16 passengers, ensuring that all safety regulations are met without compromise. The boat also comes with advanced safety and communication tools, including an EPIRB, SARSAT, and essential pyrotechnical equipment, all designed to ensure the highest level of preparedness. In case of medical emergencies, GYDA has a well-stocked first aid kit, while its mounted VHF radio ensures constant communication with other vessels and rescue teams if necessary. For navigation, the boat is equipped with a high-quality chart display to guarantee safe passage through the ever-changing Arctic waters.
